Who Are You?

You and your significant other arrive at a party.

This will be a great opportunity to network for your real estate business.

If your lucky, you've got 60 seconds to strike up conversations and network...

As a productivity coach, the first and perhaps most significant question I ask new clients is, “Do you know who you are and what persona you project to the world?”

More often than not, the answer is a blank pause, a mix of niceties, or “never reality thought about it.”

Why is that question crucial to your Future-Vision Blueprint for success?

Today, first impressions are 67 percent accurate and you are lucky if you have 60 seconds to connect. Think about that – 60 seconds to establish who you are to open the door for networking…

How do I help my client answer that question and help make their Future-Vision Blueprint reality?

In my world of performance coaching, one of the invaluable tools we use in our consultation is called DISC Assessment.

The DiSC model of behavior was first outlined by psychologist William Mouton Marston in his 1928 book, "Emotions of Normal People."

According to discprofile.com, Marston's theory stated that behavioral expression of emotions could be categorized into types (Dominance, Inducement, Submission, Compliance), based on a person's perceptions of self in relation to his or her environment.

Understanding your primary behavioral trait, he believed, would help you understand and manage your experiences and relationships with others. As productivity coaches, we use tools such as DiSC to help you know YOU before you introduce your brand to your target audiences.

The tools available today to build our brand, communicate our messaging and drive relationships that produce results are many. The next presentation you make, follow up note you write, the next client conversation you listen to, and the body language you talk with, are all communicators that answer the question, “Who Are U?” to the worlds you connect with.

I can help you create the Future-Vision Blueprint that helps you get to where you want to be.

That Future-Vision depends upon your answer.
